The mission of HomeLife Realty is to provide the best real estate service in the industry. In order to achieve this mission, HomeLife provides their representatives with the best training in the industry, exclusive sales tools, innovative technology, and superior support systems.

We work out of the HomeLife Benchmark Realty (White Rock) office, which was established in 1984. It has now over 100 realtors based out of it and has become the largest real estate company in the South Surrey / White Rock trading area. HomeLife Benchmark Realty (White Rock) strives for excellence and wants to achieve high standards in professionalism. One of the ways of accomplishing this is by bringing in professional trainers on a weekly basis as well as providing an ongoing training program.

Perhaps one of the most important features of HomeLife Benchmark Realty (White Rock) is their community involvement. In 1988, it established a Community Public Relations Fund which receives contributions from all the realtors in the office based on a percentage of their gross commission annually. Each of the three high schools receives $1000 scholarships and contributions to their libraries. HomeLife also is a major sponsor of the Tour de White Rock, Crescent Beach Triathlon and a host of other worthwhile events. It also should be pointed out that HomeLife is committed to planting a tree for every home they sell.
